Zhenzhou Attorneys Won Excellent Debater Awards

The fourth Prosecutor's Prosecution and Defense
Competition of Zhoushan was held on the second floor conference room of
the People's Procuratorate of Zhoushan at 9:00 on October 21th. The
prosecution contest was from the city and county levels of the People's
Procuratorate, a total of six prosecutors and six young lawyers from
different law firms. The judges were from the Municipal People's Court,
Municipal People's Procuratorate, Municipal Political Consultative
Conference, Municipal Bureau of Justice and other departments. Zhen Zhou
Law Firm sent lawyer Wang Zeng and Shen Chenxiang to participate in the
prosecution contest.
The prosecution and defense contestant adopts
the form of debate, and the prosecutor and the lawyer randomly select
the pros and cons of "one-to-one" argument and confrontation. The topics
involved in the establishment of legitimate defense, project bids in
the special bribes, crime preparation and suspension of crime, the crime
of theft and robbery, whether misappropriation of traffic is a crime or
not and the crime of kidnapping and the identification of illegal
detention and other judicial practice Controversial issues. both players
grapple with the issues back and forth , their poetic arguments and
sharp question made the audience applause frequently on the Competition
.
After six fantastic debates, the fourth
Prosecutor Lawyers Contest of Zhoushan concluded successfully. After the
evaluation, Wangzeng and Shen Chenxiang of Zhenzhou Law Firm had access
to the title of outstanding debaters, including all outstanding
debaters in lawyers team with excellent play.
