Lv Renping, Attoreny of Zhenzhou, Shares Lecture with Mediators in Zhoushan

On the afternoon of November 15, 2018, lawyer Lu Renping of
Zhejiang Zhenzhou law firm was invited to give a special lecture, held
by the Municipal Administrative Center, on administrative mediation for
administrative mediation staff and some administrative mediators on
mediation of administrative disputes at the training meeting. Based on
his own experience in handling cases, Lawyer Lv Renping exchanged views
with the participants from four aspects: the meaning of administrative
mediation, the methods and techniques of administrative mediation, some
problems that should be paid attention to in administrative mediation
and the understanding of the key provisions of Zhoushan Administrative
Mediation Measures, which were welcomed by the participants.
