Zhoushan banking industry People's Mediation Committee formally established on the morning of November 25th,which enhanced the professionalism and perfection of future mediation work of banking dispute in Zhoushan.
It is understood that Zhoushan banking industry People's Mediation
Committee was a mass organization,set up by Zhoushan Association Of
Banks to mediate the issues related to the banking products and service
for the civil rights and interests, the Committee had four mediators,
lawyer Shen Chenxiang of Zhen Zhou law firm was the only one lawyer
practitioners ,invited to be employed as part-time mediators. The
mediation committee will promptly and effectively resolve the banking
industry conflicts and disputes, to further promote the healthy and
orderly development of the banking industry in our city ,protect the
legitimate rights and interests of the parties.
